Instructions for Abstract Submission

Please read all the instructions below carefully before submitting your abstract.

General Information:

  • All abstracts are to be submitted as poster presentations, and a limited numberwill be selected by the Scientific Committee for oral presentations during technical sessions.
  • Selected abstracts will be included in the Proceedings of ASPN2026.
  • Presenters selected for oral presentation are still expected to prepare and display their posterat the conference.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit original, completed basic or applied researchin the field of poultry nutrition, feed science, physiology, biotechnology, or management that has not been published in any journal.
  • Abstracts must be submitted electronicallyusing the official submission portal (as provided).

Abstract Requirements

  • Length:Maximum of 1800-2000 characters (including spaces) — abstracts exceeding this limit will be automatically rejected.
  • Content Responsibility:The submitting author (should be the first author) is responsible for the accuracy, content, and inclusion of all co-authors.
  • Revisions:Abstracts can be edited until the deadline; no revisions will be allowed afterward.
  • Quality:Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted — please check spelling, grammar, and scientific accuracy carefully.

Abstract Format

Each abstract should include the following components clearly and concisely:

  1. Title(concise and descriptive)
  2. Author(s) and Affiliations (including the corresponding email)
  3. Objective(s)– Clear statement of study purpose
  4. Methods– Brief description of materials, animals, or analytical procedures used
  5. Results– Key findings and data with appropriate statistics
  6. Conclusion– Major takeaways or implications for poultry nutrition
  7. Keywords– Up to five (5) keywords

Submission Instructions

  • Abstracts must be written in Englishand use the metric system.
  • Copy text from a word processor to ensure formatting carries correctly.
  • Choose your topic category(from drop-down list) carefully — the Scientific Committee may reassign it if appropriate.
  • Avoid placeholder text like “Results will be discussed.” Such abstracts will be rejected.
  • If you wish to withdraw your abstract, send a written request to the ASPN 2026 Secretariat (poultryprofessionalsociety@gmail.com)before January 10, 2026.

Evaluation & Selection

All abstracts will be reviewed by the ASPN 2026 Scientific Committee.
Selection will be based on:

  • Scientific merit and originality
  • Clarity of objectives and results
  • Relevance to poultry nutrition, feed innovation, or production sustainability

Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for either poster or oral presentation during thematic sessions.

Author Notification

Notification of abstract acceptance (oral/poster) will be emailed to authors by January 20, 2026.
Details on session time, location, and presentation format will follow with the final program announcement.
